Thank you to the following top-enrolling sites for their continued commitment and success during the month: Arrhythmia Research Group  Baystate Medical Center  University of Kansas Medical Center Cooper University Hospital Camden Pro Medical Toledo Hospital Hartford Health St. Vincent's Medical Center Bellin Health  This month we welcomed one new site to the CONFORM Study and we are so excited to have them as part of this important research.  New Mexico Heart Institute  Stay up to date on how your site is doing with Enrollment with the CONFORM Trial APP.  CONFORM App TEE/TTE Sonographer Worksheet Please ensure that all imaging is uploaded in a timely manner following each study visit. In addition, be sure to include the Echo worksheet corresponding to the correct visit with your submission.
